About Us

Golden Key International Honour Society

The Golden Key International Honour Society (GK) first began in 1977 at Georgia State University in America. Its underpinnings can now be found across 400 universities around the world, and over 40 schools in the Asia Pacific region itself. To build upon its members' potential, this organization is founded on three pillars: academics, leadership, and service.

In terms of academics, GK members aim to promote higher academic achievements, with a culmination in which leading scholars of both theoretical and applied knowledge are groomed. In terms of leadership, necessary skill sets are expounded on via training kits and workshops provided with assistance of the GK Headquarters staff, in order to mould GK members into the leaders of tomorrow.

Last but not least, the spirit of service is emphasized upon, to raise awareness of the needs of the community. Ultimately, members are encouraged to apply and give back their knowledge and skill sets by contributing to the society, as well as to widen their own horizons.
